THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Run site assessments and write the report the customer keeps either way.
Teach Ridge its first task at each site and supervise the first live shift.
Train the site lead to demonstrate new tasks without us.
Requirements
Three years in warehouse operations, automation or field service.
Comfortable on a warehouse floor at 6am and in a customer meeting at 10.
Full driving licence. Travel is about half the month.
