1 task
The one that costs you most, not a demo

From two units on your floor
to a written answer in thirty days.

Part 1 · Hardware
Two Ridge units on your floor.
Delivered, commissioned and taught your task inside the first week. Both rated to the coldest aisle you run, on your existing racking.

Part 2 · People
An engineer on site, then on call.
Five days with your floor lead, teaching the task and handing it over. After that we are a phone call, not a ticket queue.
How a task is taught

Part 3 · Proof
A number every morning.
Fleet access from day one, a daily report of picks, stops and cycle times, and a written outcome report with a fleet proposal at the end.

What you need to have ready.
Four things. If any of them is missing we will tell you at the site assessment, not on day one.
Three ways a pilot ends.
01
Continue to fleet
You sign for a fleet and the pilot fee comes off the first three months.
02
Extend the pilot
Another thirty days at the same fee, usually to try a second task.
03
Stop
We collect the units and send the report anyway. You owe nothing further.
About one in five pilots stops. We publish that number because the other four went ahead knowing it.
Questions we get asked.
How long is the contract after a pilot?
+
Twelve months minimum on a fleet contract, then rolling with three months notice. The pilot itself has no notice period at all.
What happens if a unit breaks during the pilot?
+
We swap it. A replacement is on site within one working day, and the pilot clock stops until it is running again.
Who insures the units on our floor?
+
We do, including public liability. You insure your stock and building as you already do. The certificate comes before delivery, not after.
Do we need to consult staff or the union first?
+
Yes, and we would rather you did it before the site assessment than after. We will attend that meeting if it helps, and we answer questions about job impact honestly.
Who owns the data the units collect?
+
You do. We process it to run the fleet and improve the models. Ask for it or ask us to delete it at any point, and nothing leaves your site unless you say so.
How long from signing to the first live shift?
+
Between two and six weeks, depending on the task. Accra went live seventeen days after the units arrived, which is the fastest we have managed.
