Three passes
01
Demonstrate
A floor lead wears a lightweight capture glove and does the pick three times. Nobody writes a program.
02
Ridge builds the motion
It watches the hands rather than a CAD file, and generalises across the SKUs sitting in that bay.
03
The lead signs it off
Supervised runs until the person who does the job approves it. Then it is live on every unit on site.
Integrations
Talks to the WMS you already run.
Manhattan
Blue Yonder
SAP EWM
Körber
Oracle WMS
REST API for anything else
Ossian Fleet
Assign a task in one line.
Queue by priority
Drag a task above another and the order changes for every unit.
Reassign mid-task
Pull a unit off a job and the next one picks it up where it stopped.
Export the day
Every pick, stop and handover, as a CSV your ops lead already knows how to read.
Service and spares
When it stops, we already know.
Software fault
1
hour
Fixed remotely
We see the fault code, push the fix and watch the unit come back. Most are resolved before the shift lead has read the alert.
Hardware fault
24
hours
Engineer on site
An Ossian engineer arrives with the spare already in the van, because the fault code told us which module to bring.
Both are inside the monthly price
No call-out fee, no parts invoice
