We spent the two years after that talking to floor leads instead of boards. Ridge is the fourth revision, and the first one we were willing to put in front of a customer.

Fit the building. Never rebuild it.
If a deployment needs new racking, a new floor or a new roof, we have failed the brief before we started.

Say what it cannot do.
Every spec sheet we publish carries the limits next to the numbers, because your auditor will find them anyway.
